Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

At Purus Peptides, we strive to deliver your order promptly and securely. Most orders are shipped via UPS 2 Business Day Shipping, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.  We also offer a UPS Ground Shipping option which can take around 3- 6 business days. We ship all orders the same day if ordered and payment is received before 1:00 P.M. EST Monday – Friday.  This does not apply to weekends and holiday’s. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box, we will use USPS for delivery, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. UPS is not always a viable option depending on the location it is being delivered to.  If this occurs we will ship your item using USPS. 

Please note that while we aim to meet estimated delivery times, shipping durations are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

In the event that your package has been potentially lost, or delayed, please notify us as soon as possible.  Due to the circumstances of UPS’s policies, we have to give a grace period of 5 days to allow UPS to find and ship the package.  If you have chosen Route Shipping Insurance, please file a claim in the email that you received.
