Products purchased from our website are for research and development purposes.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
To request a return, you must contact Support@Puruspeptides.com. Item(s) need to be shipped back with a trackable method within 5 days of receiving the product.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, opened, or altered.
Custom or specially prepared compounds.
Products delivered more than 5 days ago.

Provide a clear description of the issue and, if applicable, supporting photos.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
All products are sold in powder (lyophilized) form and require reconstitution with a suitable dilutant for research purposes only.
