Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

At Purus Peptides, we strive to deliver your order promptly and securely. Most orders are shipped via UPS 2 Business Day Shipping, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.  We also offer a UPS Ground Shipping option which can take around 3- 6 business days. We ship all orders the same day if ordered and payment is received before 1:00 P.M. EST Monday – Friday.  This does not apply to weekends and holiday’s. If your order is addressed to a P.O. Box, we will use USPS for delivery, and shipping times may vary depending on your location. UPS is not always a viable option depending on the location it is being delivered to.  If this occurs we will ship your item using USPS. 

Please note that while we aim to meet estimated delivery times, shipping durations are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

In the event that your package has been potentially lost, or delayed, please notify us as soon as possible.  Due to the circumstances of UPS’s policies, we have to give a grace period of 5 days to allow UPS to find and ship the package. 

In the event that your package was confirmed as “delivered” by the courier and you did not receive your package, please contact the courier as soon as possible.  We will not replace packages that were confirmed delivered unless we receive confirmation from the courier that the package was lost, delivered to the wrong location or damaged.  We will require proof of this from the courier themselves.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Contact us at Support@puruspeptides.com and include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.

Claims reported after seven (7) days from delivery will be denied. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been received and accepted, or for issues that are not reported within the required timeframe.

If you have chosen Premium Shipping Insurance, your order will be insured for the price of your order and not limited to the standard $100.00 limit UPS guarantees.  Please understand that Premium Shipping insurance only covers confirmed damaged or lost packages.  it does not cover delayed or stolen packages.  If you elected to not choose premium shipping insurance your order will only be insured for the $100.00 UPS guarantees for your delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we maintain a strict returns policy.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened and in its original condition.
• The return is initiated within 5 days of you receiving the package.
• Any return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• The return shipment must include a valid tracking number.

Once we receive the returned item, we will carefully inspect it for any signs of damage, opening, or usage. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Items that show evidence of opening, use,  damage or initialed after 5 days of receiving your product will not be eligible for a refund.
